Common DVD Questions
Where are the downloadable tools? I can’t find anything on your website.
Have you registered your software? The link to the downloadable tools is only made available to customers that have registered their products. If you’ve registered, but still haven’t received the email message with the link to our toolkit download page, check your spam (junk mail) box. Search for an email from "emediamusic.com". If nothing appears, and it has been more than 24 hours since you registered, please call or send an email to our Customer Service team for assistance.
What are the system requirements for the downloadable tools?
You’ll need either a Windows or Macintosh computer with an internet connection, 25 MB free hard disk space, and the following:
Sound Card, 256+ color display
16 MB of free RAM (128 MB free RAM for Vista users), 22 MB of free hard disk space
Power PC (or faster), Intel OK
Mac OS 9.0+ or Mac OS X 10.1 or later
256+ color display
Sound Card, 16 MB of free RAM, 18MB of free hard disk space
What region(s) will play the Essential DVD series?
Our DVDs are region-free and should play on most DVD players and DVD-capable computers around the world.
Will the Essential DVD series play on PAL or NTSC?
At this time, we only offer the Essential DVD series on NTSC. Most customers should be able to use the Essential DVD series on their DVD player without any problem.
