eMedia Music – Return Policy

If you’re looking to return a product for whatever reason, we’re here to help! eMedia offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our own software if it was purchased directly from us. Instrument pack and third party product sales are final.

eMedia 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eMedia music lesson software purchased directly from us at store.emediamusic.com. The product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For a refund, first make sure to deactivate any installations using the link in the Help menu. Next, open a support ticket at support.emediamusic.com. In your message to us in the support ticket, please provide the following information: 1) date of purchase, 2) eMedia software title to refund, 3) serial number, and 4) email address used to make the purchase. If the purchase was a physical product (CD-ROM or DVD-ROM) we will ask you to return the product to us at your expense in the original packaging before we issue a refund. Once a refund is issued for a product, the serial number associated with it will be marked as "returned" and will no longer function.

Third Party Product Return Policy

The following third party items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, due to licensing costs (these sales are final):

Physical media (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or DVD-video) is guaranteed to to be free from material defects. Defective media can be exchanged if returned to us in the original packaging at your expense within 30 days of purchase.

Instrument Pack Return Policy

All sales of instrument packs and the include software (e.g., eMedia My Violin Starter Pack, eMedia My Guitar Beginner Pack, eMedia My Ukulele Beginner Pack) are final. Instruments are guaranteed to be free from material and cosmetic defects. All instruments have a 1-year limited warranty. Exchanges and refunds for warranty claims only. The instrument must be returned to us in the original packaging at your expense for a warranty claim.
